Intricate frill cake decorated with handcrafted sugar flowers

It was a privilege and a pleasure to be part of this gorgeous wedding of Minn Tun and Jean.







 I create the sugar flowers individually by hand , and arrange them as a florist would.






It’s about the balance texture, proportion, light and shade of colours.



Cake flavour :

Top tier - Vanilla, lemon
Middle tier - Chocolate, crunchy pearls
Bottom tier - Carrot cake, lemon
