Intricate frill cake decorated with handcrafted sugar flowers

It was a privilege and a pleasure to be part of this gorgeous wedding of Minn Tun and Jean.







 I create the sugar flowers individually by hand , and arrange them as a florist would.






It’s about the balance texture, proportion, light and shade of colours.

Sweet mummy Zylia specially requested ShellieMay the Disney bear themed cake for Lylie's big one.

ShellieMay bear was handcrafted entirely out of sugar.  The fur was painstakingly textured out of  modeling tools.  It is a lengthy process but worth the effort.
