Inspired by the ballerina's fluffy tulle, this cake is covered with rows of fondant frill in the shape of rosette ruffles. Three tender strawberry layers make this cake tall enough to show off the rosette frill effect.
Ballet shoes was crafted out of sugar and it was left to dry many days in order to achieve that natural arch.
Cake flavour was strawberry cake with strawberry swiss meringue buttercream.
