This was for one of my favourite customer, who was looking for birthday cake to celebrate her brother's birthday! Birthday boy is an avid fan of Tottenham Hotspur.
Soccer boots, soccer ball and jersey are all hand crafted out of sugar.
Cake flavour was chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache filling, Valrhona crunchy pearls and cover with white modelling chocolate.
