Handcrafted Sugar Succulent on rustic Carrot Cake Cheese cake

 
 

 Carrot cake cheesecake with cream cheese swiss meringue buttercream and decorated with handcrafted Succulent.

 
 
 

This is a cake within a cake, 2 layers of moist carrot cake is sandwhiched with my favourite layer of New York cheesecake.

The carrot cake has excellent spice flavors, paired with a moist crumbs, sweet pineapple, golden raisins and crunchy walnuts.

The New York cheesecake is a recipe that me and my best friend Joanne have perfected 11 years ago. I have tried and tested many other cheesecake recipes but this is still my favourite. The cheesecake crumbs is light, zesty and smooth. Can you imagine the taste???
